Support the Print Supplies business by validating print telemetry outputs and analytics semantic layers, ensuring data quality, lineage, and operational reporting accuracy. Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and forecasting teams to automate data verification, diagnose discrepancies across sources and reporting layers, and answer usage/share and installed-base questions. Lead complex investigations, improve dashboard and analytics transparency, and mentor less-experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and support monthly validation processes for print telemetry outputs and reporting handoffs.
•Serve as an analytical partner to forecasting and business stakeholders to answer usage/share, installed base, and product readiness questions.
•Develop automated, well-documented processes for recurring validation, issue diagnosis, and data quality checks.
•Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies across sources, grains, tables, dashboards, and processing layers.
•Provide consultative support for ad hoc requests and deep-dive investigations, collaborating with dashboard and data engineering teams and mentoring others.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
•Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, including exploratory analysis, metric design, data validation, and anomaly detection.
•Expertise in data quality and governance, including profiling, metric validation, documentation, data lineage, and privacy awareness.
•Proficiency with Python and SQL for analysis, automation, validation, and performance-optimized querying.
