Mortgage Loan Officer

Originate residential 1st mortgage loans from outside referrals, handling each loan end-to-end from application through closing. Build and maintain referral relationships, complete Fannie Mae Form 1003, and use systems/tools to access rates, credit reports, and underwriting responses. Manage the full loan pipeline, coordinate with branches and applicants for timely updates, and support required consumer lending meetings while following policies, procedures, and risk expectations.
