Job Summary

Ensure the safety of Carvana associates, customers, and assets by managing gate entry/exit procedures, documenting car movement, and performing routine patrols across inspection and logistics areas. Serve as a visible point of contact for visitors and vendors, lead incident-ready actions based on the Incident Response Protocol, and de-escalate situations. Use the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App), RFID, and life-saving protocols while partnering with Safe and Secure leadership to resolve requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of vehicles into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Be a front-facing representative to associates, vendors, and visitors while following egress/ingress protocols.
•Conduct routine patrols and document security and/or safety concerns across facility areas.
•Use incident response processes to take appropriate actions and de-escalate situations as needed.
•Utilize Safe and Secure tools (SAS App, RFID technology) and support requests such as badge creation and CCTV review.
