Lead financial and management accounting for Australia’s corporate office and exploration entities, owning month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and high-quality reporting. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee financial and management accounting for the Australian corporate office and exploration entities, ensuring timely close processes.
•Manage ESS reporting and payroll statutory obligations, coordinating ATO reporting requirements and ensuring compliance.
•Lead budgeting and forecasting for corporate costs and support forecasting/budgeting for operations in care and maintenance.
•Oversee statutory accounts and support board reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory and group reporting requirements.
•Own external auditor relationships and audit processes, manage external advisors/payroll providers, and improve finance controls and governance.

•Lead and develop a team of three qualified accountants, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
