Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design of complex product surfaces from problem framing and research synthesis through post-launch iteration.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to define what gets built and why.
  • •Translate ambiguous multi-constraint problems (e.g., compliance, UX, business model) into clear, elegant user flows.
  • •Build and maintain an interaction vocabulary that scales across patterns, components, and decision logic.
  • •Raise design quality through critique, documentation, and shipping referenceable work.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio for complex, multi-state mobile flows.
  • •Experience designing systems—not just screens—connecting logic across surfaces and states.
  • •Comfort moving between strategy and craft, from whiteboard problem definition to pixel-level execution in Figma.
  • •Ability to write clearly and explain design decisions under pressure from engineering and leadership.
  • •Treat research as a design tool: quickly synthesize signals and act, with working knowledge of AI tools to accelerate execution.
