Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by executing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per direction
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes in partnership with management using payroll management and adapting zones to business needs
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Lead associates through daily operations and visual standards, providing coaching, guidance, recruitment, and ongoing feedback
