Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a natural, friendly manner and cultivate regular/repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items at the bar.
  • •Deliver food and beverage orders promptly; prioritize and organize drink orders.
  • •Prepare beverages per standard recipes and venue specifications, following control systems.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, process payments, maintain the bartender bank, and complete cash pull/check-out procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •CA Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and physically pass required pour test/mixology drill.
