Assess and manage legal risks spanning privacy, regulatory compliance, licensing, intellectual property, customer data, export control, open-source software, and responsible AI. Support complex commercial and data protection agreements, incident response, regulatory investigations, and build scalable self-service legal tooling and playbooks.
