Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to division leadership and translate complex financial results into actionable recommendations.
  • •Lead commercial finance oversight, including pricing, orders/backlog, product/customer profitability, major quotations, and contract economics.
  • •Drive operations finance excellence across manufacturing performance, cost accounting, inventory management, working capital, and capital investment analysis.
  • •Run FP&A and performance management including profit planning, strategic planning, forecasting, Risk & Opportunity reviews, scenario analysis, and reporting.
  • •Maintain controllership and compliance (U.S. GAAP, SOX, tax/statutory requirements, audit readiness) and develop finance talent through coaching and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without employer sponsorship.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices, including U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
  • •Experience with ERP and financial systems; SAP experience (preferred).
