Key Responsibilities

  • •Project Planning & Coordination: Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures (WBS); track milestones.
  • •Civil Works Execution: Oversee structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring works, cladding, painting with IS code compliance.
  • •Interiors / Fit-Out Delivery: Supervise joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, finishes; manage sample approvals and finish schedules; resolve details with designers.
  • •Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage subcontractors and suppliers; coordinate with client representatives, architects, and consultants; conduct weekly progress reviews.
  • •Compliance, Safety & Documentation: Enforce EHS standards, obtain statutory approvals, maintain logs, RFI/RFP trackers, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred), or Diploma with strong experience.
  • •Experience: 8 to 10 years in civil & interiors projects (commercial office, retail, hospitality, or high-end residential).
  • •Hands-on site leadership with strong stakeholder communication and demonstrable delivery of multi-site/commercial projects.
  • •Ability to plan sequencing of civil and interior activities and coordinate MEP interfaces (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire safety).
  • •Knowledge of IS codes and NBC India, quality and safety compliance, and documentation practices (daily logs, RFI/RFP trackers, handover records).
