Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery and develop project execution plans with Commission Directors.
  • •Capture client requirements for data analysis and modelling, then run different business and model scenarios.
  • •Develop end-to-end data processes and data models, designing data solutions with clients and their IT teams.
  • •Build dashboards and visualisations, and support client use of model outputs for decision making.
  • •Test solutions against requirements, conduct assurance checks, and prepare written and presentation materials for project progress and client pitches.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytic and numeracy skills, with the ability to understand and present data in different representations.
  • •Ability to program in DAX, Python, VBA, and SQL.
  • •Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g., MoSCoW) to understand client requirements.
  • •Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
  • •Development experience in Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric, plus Azure tooling (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault, ADF, ADLS) and data warehousing/modeling.
