Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in exploratory drilling, assist with logging cores, and review drilling logs to determine deposit location, size, accessibility, and volumes.
  • •Assist with ERI hardware and use collected data to estimate preliminary deposit understanding.
  • •Support short-range and long-range mine planning designs using mine planning software and drone data for inventory and stripping calculations.
  • •Fly drone for mine planning, inventory management, topography mapping, and use drone company software to measure inventory piles.
  • •Assist with QA/QC and drilling/blasting tasks, including using GPS to create driller reports and software to create 3D blast profiles.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently enrolled in an industry-related college degree program and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • •Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

  • •Must have or be willing to obtain MSHA New Miner Training and FAA Part 107 Certification for sUAV Operator.
