Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with private banking clients and the teams that support them throughout the programme.
  • •Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Credit Advisers.
  • •Build knowledge of asset classes, financial products, and credit offerings, including lending and loan structuring.
  • •Manage and review client portfolios and develop skills to prospect, manage, and report on clients.
  • •Use Excel to create and interpret client and portfolio reports, and begin running client meetings independently.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience (or due to graduate by July 2027).
  • •Have achieved, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
