•Maintain high reliability for multiple low-latency, high-throughput systems powering time predictions, including SLO/SLAs, on-call rotation, and incident follow-up.
•Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics to maximize engineering impact on business KPIs.
•Coordinate across teams and regional brand stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations.
