Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and remove poor quality eggs from machines while in operation.
  • •Pack cartons of eggs in cases, racks, or trays accurately and efficiently, removing cracked or dirty eggs and replacing as needed.
  • •Ensure product quality meets or exceeds USDA requirements and comply with GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Defense, and related plant procedures and biosecurity policies.
  • •Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety rules and policies.
  • •Report mechanical problems and poor quality conditions to Plant Leads, Supervisors, or Maintenance; notify management of recurring packaging problems and assist with training as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly
