Job Summary

Own end-to-end business banking relationship management for companies with $0–10M in annual gross sales. Build qualified client prospects, deepen long-term profitable relationships, and cross-sell 5/3 products including loans, deposits, and treasury management. Partner with product teams using the One Bank Sales Cycle, lead relationship strategy/review meetings, manage CRM pipeline activity, and support credit requests. Coach and mentor Relationship Managers while operating within risk policies.

•Create tailored relationship strategies with product partners and cross-sell applicable 5/3 products and services to the portfolio.
•Plan, conduct, and review relationship strategy meetings and coordinate client-facing activities including credit support.
•Use the bank’s CRM system for client activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management.
•Provide coaching, leadership, and guidance to Relationship Managers I and II while representing the Sales Manager as needed.

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 5 years managing business banking or commercial relationships (preferred).
•Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience (underwriting experience preferred).
•Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
