Job Summary

Lead AI-driven automation to optimize operational efficiency across Broadcom’s global channel ecosystem. You’ll analyze channel RTMs and partner personas to identify high-value automation opportunities, orchestrate systems/data integrations across Sales Operations, IT, and the Partner Program, and automate pricing, CPQ, and contract workflows. Define an automation-first channel platform vision with modular, secure, compliant architecture and establish performance KPIs and data governance for reliable AI-enabled operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize channel processes by conducting deep-dive analyses across channel RTMs and personas to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
•Lead AI-driven channel automation by managing systems/data integration for partner data management, dashboards, reporting, and self-service support.
•Automate revenue operations by partnering with distributors, Sales Ops, and IT on pricing, quoting (CPQ), and end-to-end contract workflows to reduce manual intervention.
•Orchestrate cross-functional technical execution by translating complex channel requirements into executable product requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
•Define an automation-first channel platform strategy, including scalable modular and secure stack vision (CRM, PRM, ERP, and AI orchestration) and KPI/data governance for AI model security and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/advanced preferred) in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Operations.
•15+ years in IT Business Operations, Sales/Channel Operations, or Enterprise Automation within a large-scale software/technology organization.
•Deep expertise in the software channel ecosystem (distributors, value-added resellers, managed service providers) and multi-tier distribution operational challenges.
•Proven ability to lead large-scale process re-engineering in matrixed, global environments and influence stakeholders away from legacy manual processes.
•Demonstrated analytical leadership building business cases for automation investment (ROI analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation).
