Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups, including complete garage door inspections following a checklist.
  • •Perform call-back visits when issues aren’t resolved the first time.
  • •Educate customers on their door and the findings from each inspection to turn negative experiences positive.
  • •Receive purchase orders (POs) for the warehouse and update inventory with exact counts, including maintaining physical counts.
  • •Assist the Area Manager/Market Lead with load outs for techs and installers.

Key Requirements

  • •21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a 3+ year driving record.
  • •Ability to bend, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • •Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to follow inspection checklists.
  • •Current eligibility to legally work in the United States; reading and basic math skills required.
