Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvements in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and service/field support to enhance reliability across the product lifecycle.
  • •Drive Quality Management System compliance and sustainability aligned to AS9100.
  • •Develop and improve quality KPIs and use data-driven methods to evaluate, prioritize, and track product quality and reliability across suppliers, manufacturing, and field.
  • •Lead investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions internally and with suppliers; support internal tracking tools for supplier incoming, in-process, and field quality issues.
  • •Support supplier inspection/incoming inspection programs, execute MRB activities, contribute to supplier evaluation/qualification, manage containment/audit/disposition for quality escapes, and partner with production on incoming inspection, process control plans, and end-of-line tests to meet customer shipment requirements.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
  • •5+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or quality experience in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
  • •Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environments.
  • •Working knowledge of quality core tools such as FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
