Retail Sales Lead

Lead daily retail operations by supporting the Store Management Team with exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and guidance for team priorities. Serve as an in-store expert on automotive parts identification, helping customers resolve complex product, compatibility, and system-level questions. Train and mentor team members through hands-on coaching and ongoing skill development, while helping manage shifts, cash-handling compliance, and safety standards during peak traffic periods.
