Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate between internal sales and the service center to provide quotes based on inspection reports.
  • •Arrange transportation between customer sites, service centers, and suppliers; coordinate customer (AL abroad) and service-center communication.
  • •Place repair orders, spare-parts/DC orders for needed items, and outsourcing orders; track lead times and support part delivery planning.
  • •Coordinate with production team leaders and internal sales to ensure orders are delivered on time and arrange field service job repair packages.
  • •Manage consumable material inventory, prepare indirect purchase reports, document service-center data management, and support ISO9001 internal audit and ALPS continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in the mechanical industry.
  • •3+ years of coordinating and planning experience.
  • •Good knowledge on production planning or material planning.
  • •Inventory management experience is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related; good English and MS Office skills.
