Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and programming of project-specific spatial databases, ensuring robust schema design and data integrity.
•Execute advanced spatial analytics, including multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) for site selection or environmental assessments.
•Develop and deploy web experiences and dashboards using ArcGIS Experience Builder and Dashboards to visualize complex datasets for clients.
•Drive delivery efficiency by creating and maintaining automation scripts using Python (ArcPy) and ModelBuilder.
•Govern consistent workflows and documentation, metadata, and QA/QC, including adherence to Technical Quality Review (TQR) processes and security practices.

Key Requirements

•Degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of professional GIS experience with a BA/BS (or 6+ years with AA/AS).
•Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision on technical project delivery.
•Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans.
•Demonstrable experience with quality, metadata, governance, and security practices within enterprise geospatial environments.
