Paving Superintendent

Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving operations, ensuring safety for crew members and the public. Lead scheduling and production efforts by calculating resources, touring job sites to monitor progress, and measuring slope and material thickness for contract compliance. Manage crew activities across multiple crews, maintain time and materials records for daily job costing and progress reports, and recommend improvements to safety, production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
