Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manager in developing fully capable, highly proficient structural engineers in CSE.
  • •Ensure successful project execution using Engineering Standard Work (ESW).
  • •Perform state-of-the-art ANSYS finite element analysis for stress, vibration, and fatigue/residual life prediction.
  • •Write substantiation documentation and create technical presentations for internal and external customers.
  • •Plan and manage technical tasks and milestones, provide training, coach and mentor engineers and interns, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve structural problems.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 13+ years of prior relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 11+ years.
  • •Excellent structural analysis experience on compressor hardware, especially rotors, casings, and kinematics.
  • •Strong technical skills in structural engineering tools and methods.
  • •Demonstrated effectiveness working across functions, organizations, and all levels of management.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, plus problem-solving and critical thinking.
