Accounting Coordinator

Coordinate accounts payable processes by partnering with suppliers, the procurement team, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing. Handle day-to-day financial transactions, vendor onboarding support, and supplier statement reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, prepare accounts payable status reports and balance sheet reconciliations, and support ad hoc invoice validations in Oracle while helping enforce financial and inventory controls.
