Key Responsibilities

  • •Build customer and market insight through research, customer conversations, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
  • •Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product story for the problem space the product addresses.
  • •Lead high-impact launches from early strategy through readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
  • •Build focused go-to-market plans across key channels with clear audiences, owners, trade-offs, and measures.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering early to influence product roadmap, priorities, onboarding, packaging, proof, and customer experience.
