Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data for equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
  • •Track KPIs such as processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, and compliance metrics.
  • •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Site Manager, COR, and QA staff.
  • •Support audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements with accurate data and compliant processes.
  • •Monitor Army logistics systems and resolve discrepancies in property accountability and inventory reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Experience with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS) and ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and ability to use Access or other analytical tools.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
