Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned programs, including RFP support, order confirmations, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines aligned to client expectations and internal execution teams.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project execution and maintain clear, proactive communication with the Coach team.
  • •Review and approve design and architectural fixture drawings prior to release, and monitor production status to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.
  • •Support estimating, costing, and margin management; track project financials and monitor variances to protect gross margin.
