Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an ELT-level divisional technical strategy, connecting business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, and emerging technology into a roadmap and target-state architecture.
  • •Own and oversee the division’s technical landscape and target architecture, defining standards, integration patterns, and reference architectures.
  • •Represent the division in the Architecture Review Board to evaluate solutions and make architecture decisions aligned to divisional priorities and enterprise standards.
  • •Ensure divisional needs map to enterprise platforms and standards so shared capabilities are reused and integrated into the broader platform spine.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship, define responsible AI-enabled delivery and modern engineering practices, and uphold reliability, security, documentation, and governance expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, with proven experience in technical architecture, engineering, or technology strategy.
  • •Experience defining technical strategy, architecture, or technical landscape for a significant business area, product, or technology domain.
  • •Hands-on expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data and integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
  • •Experience acting as a technical advisor or design authority, guiding teams and stakeholders through influence.
  • •Experience partnering with business and Digital stakeholders to shape technical direction and measurable outcomes.
