Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure compliance across all contractors.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between construction, commissioning, and operations teams regarding energy safety.
  • •Review and approve energy isolation plans and permits, and conduct field inspections and audits.
  • •Stop unsafe work practices and enforce OSHA and NFPA 70E standards while monitoring energy usage and performance metrics.
  • •Validate mechanical and electrical system performance during commissioning, support energy-saving and sustainability best practices, and maintain detailed compliance records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years in electrical safety management, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
  • •Experience with energy isolation systems and commissioning processes for large-scale electrical infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, HVAC, UPS, switchgear, and BMS.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation; strong communication and coordination skills.
