Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, mentor and develop other engineers to raise the team’s technical standards and performance
  • •Raise the bar for technical standards, reliability and operational excellence
  • •Identify where ML can create value for customers and frame product problems with Product and Design
  • •Conduct exploratory data analysis and research to deeply understand problem areas
  • •Work with engineers to bring prototypes to production and measure learnings to inform iteration
