Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrations roadmap and sequencing, deciding which systems to connect, in what order, and at what depth.
  • •Deliver high-quality requirements and specifications for every integration shipped.
  • •Serve as the product-side counterpart to partner product and engineering teams, scoping joint work and negotiating technical approaches with engineering leads.
  • •Define “done” for integrations around customers’ workflows working, not just technical connection success.
  • •Set integration success metrics (activation, reliability, time-to-connect, support load, rework rate) and raise the bar for requirements/technical discovery across the product team.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in product management, with at least 3 years owning integrations, APIs, platform, or partner-facing products.
  • •Track record shipping non-trivial third-party integrations where you personally owned the requirements.
  • •Strong technical depth: read API documentation, test endpoints, reason about data models and sync architecture, and contribute in engineering design discussions.
