Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience to internal and external Lucid clients
  • •Transport customer vehicles and loaners, including runs to Bodyshop and test charging at Electrify America charge stations
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation, vehicle handover, and related check-in support when needed
  • •Assist technicians with basic repairs and support service operations (moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles)
