Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure defensible, auditable governance of enterprise data and records and consistent enforcement of retention policies.
  • •Collaborate with legal and IT teams, outside counsel, and matter custodians to conduct investigations and manage eDiscovery cases.
  • •Drive eDiscovery end to end by identifying, preserving, and collecting data, then processing it for counsel review.
  • •Construct searches and review sets and produce responsive documents from an in-house eDiscovery platform.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •3+ years of related experience specializing in eDiscovery, or a relevant certification (e.g., Relativity certifications, CEDS, eDAdv, eDTech, IGP, Essentials of IG, CDMP).
  • •Processing ingestions, searching, and creating review sets/productions in an eDiscovery review platform such as Relativity or equivalent.
  • •Broad knowledge of IT infrastructures including storage, backup, retention, destruction, and data management, especially in Microsoft 365/M365.
  • •Solid understanding of discovery methodologies and legal processes and requirements of discovery.
