Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies with key suppliers for existing platforms and new product development.
  • •Pull and aggregate demand for hardware supporting the Starshield satellite constellation to enable an accurate demand signal.
  • •Serve as the supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; partner to run RFX and implement sourcing decisions.
  • •Manage costs against budgets and forecasts; develop should-cost models for competitive analysis.
  • •Ensure suppliers can support prototype builds through ramp and mass production; drive process improvements and present value propositions to executives.
