Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects, taking initiatives from concept through final implementation and handover to Operations. Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, managing escalations, and delivering on time within budget and scope. Oversee change management, risk and issue documentation, and clear communications. Support pre-sales by scoping and costing solutions and contributing to proposals and tender presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
•Interface with project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations, and act as the single point of contact for the client.
•Manage delivery, including scope control, change management, risk/issue documentation, and delivering within baseline budget and on time while maintaining quality.
•Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing solutions with sales teams, including proposal development and tender presentations.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned project management skills, able to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, expectations, and escalations to high service levels.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, including working effectively in high-pressure environments.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management, plus relevant project management certifications preferably PMP (ITIL beneficial).
