Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate Production Supervisors in a dynamic, multi-shift production environment to meet daily targets.
  • •Monitor daily and weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability, and take corrective action as needed to optimize resources.
  • •Develop and implement safety and ergonomics programs, training employees on safe work practices and addressing hazards and ergonomic concerns.
  • •Ensure sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to comply with USDA and company regulations through regular line meetings.
  • •Train supervisors and employees on company policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and plant efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years’ relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff or through managing a process or project, required.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office, to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including optimizing yields and plant efficiencies, required.
  • •Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
