•Provide direct mortgage loan services, including interviewing customers and evaluating financing options against minimum lending criteria.
•Ensure applications are complete and accurate, manage disclosures, and communicate outcomes of preliminary analysis and next steps.
•Enter and manage loan information in Loan Origination Systems/LOS-POS so loans appear accurately in the pipeline and are registered within established timelines.
•Coordinate with customers, underwriters, processors, Realtors, and closing agents throughout the loan process to keep it on schedule.
•Develop referral relationships, research market referral sources, and promote/cross-sell bank services while maintaining knowledge of underwriting criteria and mortgage regulations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related positions.

•Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
•Thorough knowledge of current lending regulations and procedures.
