Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
  • •Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications.
  • •Analyze business data to prepare functional specifications and reports.
  • •Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes, solution designs, and user guides, including troubleshooting functional issues and recommending improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline, or MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related).
  • •Fresh graduates with 0–1 year experience.
  • •Understanding of business processes and problem-solving for planning and operations.
  • •Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • •Willingness to learn enterprise planning platforms and cloud technologies; strong communication and collaboration skills.
