Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of technical personnel for NBC Sports remote productions and live events. Partner with Operations, Production, and Technical Management to gather staffing needs, create crew sheets, coordinate crew logistics, and resolve last-minute crewing challenges. Manage hiring and scheduling for staff and freelance crew, support payroll processes, and administer the SCORE workforce management system, helping anticipate risks and keep productions fully staffed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel, including staff and freelance crew, ensuring positions are filled before each event.
•Collaborate with Technical Managers, Operations leaders, and Production Managers to gather staffing requirements and create accurate crew sheets.
•Communicate crew and event information to Production Managers to support travel planning and cost-effective logistics.
•Support Operations and Production teams in resolving last-minute staffing, scheduling, and crewing challenges.
•Manage the internal personnel system (SCORE), including onboarding activities and ongoing maintenance/enhancements; support payroll processes for each event.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in broadcast crewing, workforce scheduling, or production operations (NBA experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of crew scheduling and workforce planning practices.
•Familiarity with union regulations and practices.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems.
•Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
