Assistant Guide

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by helping prepare and maintain a calm, engaging environment for children ages 0–6. You’ll observe children to understand their individual needs, assist with individualized and small-group learning activities, and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Work closely with Lead Guides and the team to strengthen classroom community, helping children gain confidence and independence.
