Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Bridges, Maritime and Civil Structures sector in Transport.
  • •Lead a performance culture by coaching people and applying strong performance and talent management practices.
  • •Take a leading role in delivery of key or strategic projects in Aotearoa New Zealand and provide design guidance, verification, and review.
  • •Provide commercial leadership including market knowledge and experience with contracts, risk, variations, cash management, and sub-consultancy arrangements.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder engagement, support relationship management, and contribute to business development through scoping and pipeline growth.

Key Requirements
