Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer to develop pre-commissioning execution methodologies for offshore and onshore projects.
  • •Provide inputs for engineering and planning, including defining and ordering equipment and installation aids and specifying suitable pre-commissioning spreads and vessels.
  • •Prepare task plans, review subcontractor pre-commissioning procedures, and participate in readiness reviews including constructability and HAZID.
  • •Prepare and manage mobilization activities: master equipment lists, procurement of materials and services, preservation and staging, load-out, testing, and off-hire.
  • •Prepare MOC’s and issue site memos while maintaining system completion planning, daily progress reporting, and site presence (onshore and offshore) as required.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry working for major contractors or subcontractors.
  • •General experience across shallow and deepwater installation operations.
  • •Rigid and flexible pipeline pre-commissioning experience, including execution of at least 4 projects.
  • •Ability to support engineering and planning inputs for pre-commissioning activities.
  • •Knowledge to apply existing field-discipline best practices to routine assignments.
