Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lab activities: equipment maintenance, calibration, spares management, parts procurement, inventory logistics, housekeeping, minor projects, audits, and continual improvements.
  • •Operate and maintain analytical equipment in Reliability and oversee daily maintenance/operation of reliability lab equipment and consumables.
  • •Track and update daily lab operation progress for further review.
  • •Participate in quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects in the Reliability lab.
  • •Work safely and collaboratively, follow ESD/cleanroom requirements, and call out issues for attention when required.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 year experience with a Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics engineering.
  • •Experience supporting lab, reliability, and/or failure analysis activities is highly encouraged.
  • •Basic knowledge of calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • •Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 for mechanical, electrical, thermal, and related parameters.
  • •Ability to operate and maintain semiconductor-lab tools and work safely in a cleanroom/ESD environment.
