Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop construction document packages for civil projects under direction of BIM Lead, design lead, and project managers using Civil 3D, MicroStation, and CAD.
  • •Apply Civil 3D to water and wastewater projects, including surfaces from survey data, alignments, plan & profiles, sections & details, assemblies & sub-assemblies, corridors, and pipe networks.
  • •Prepare site servicing and grading plans/profiles for conveyance and treatment plant projects in Civil 3D following company BIM/CAD standards.
  • •Manage design tasks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, including cut/fill volumes and materials calculations for cost estimates.
  • •Coordinate BIM processes and verify deliverables through check/review to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality; collaborate with teams in Canada.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Water Resource Engineering.
  • •3–7 years of experience delivering civil projects on schedule and budget.
  • •Proficiency with Civil 3D and MicroStation with knowledge of BIM.
  • •Experience with GIS.
  • •Working knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure design (Canada standards/project experience is an advantage).
