•Evaluate the performance of the hotel Finance Controller, maintain development and succession plan, engage in leading continuous development of Financial Controllers.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role within hospitality finance
•Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multinational environment
•Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills
•Knowledge of GAAP, PCI DSS and local regulations/taxation; experience with hotel accounting & operations
•Proven leadership and development/succession planning skills for Finance Controllers
