Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run product leadership team rhythms (staff meetings, product reviews, all-teams, offsites), including agenda architecture, pre-reads, decision capture, and follow-through.
  • •Co-own people rhythms with the HRBP across hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews; surface structural risks and propose proactive solutions.
  • •Partner with Technology Operations to define and improve processes for roadmap planning, prioritization decisions, and annual OKRs and goal tracking.
  • •Own headcount planning and budget management alongside Finance and HR Business Partners, including annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and hire-prioritization tradeoffs.
  • •Drive AI retooling and enablement, curate the external product narrative, and prepare executive briefings to reduce decision latency across Product leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years building product credibility and strategic narrative, through product strategy or a prior Chief of Staff role to a senior product or engineering executive in a high-growth tech company.
  • •Experience running people processes at scale (hiring, calibrations, leveling, talent reviews) in a fast-growing organization.
  • •Exceptional written communication, including ghostwriting and synthesizing narrative from raw inputs.
  • •Pattern-matching for organizational dysfunction, spotting issues like broken hiring funnels, single points of failure, or leadership gaps early.
  • •Comfort operating with influence across senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, Finance, and HR, with strong business acumen and analytical foundation.
