Key Responsibilities

•Use bespoke software to raise invoices, process income including cash allocation, complete banking and manage debt actions.
•Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure information and payments are received timely.
•Ensure documentation including Terms and Conditions is provided and recorded for admissions.
•Safeguard resident monies and funds, reconciling transactions to bank statements.
•Administer purchasing and supplier payments, manage petty cash, and replenishment; provide payroll processing and staff information accuracy.

Salary: GBP 27,590 - 35,162 annually

•Proven track record of maintaining accurate payroll and employee information.
