Cost Manager, Construction

Support construction cost services for large commercial and mixed-use projects, including high-rise developments and major urban programs. Advise clients on bid strategy and vendor prequalification, lead estimating, cost reporting, and cost control (including change orders, disputes, and entitlements), and oversee invoicing. Manage post-contract audits and lessons learned, and perform work using bid analysis, change control, cost estimating, and take-off tools.
