Head, Group FP&A

Own the Group FP&A framework, forecasting architecture, budgeting calendar, and management-reporting standards across Moniepoint’s subsidiaries. Consolidate multi-entity, multi-currency forecasts into a single Group P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, reconciling the consolidated forecast monthly to actuals. Partner with BU CFOs and lead scenario/sensitivity modelling for strategic decisions, while running group-level monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and managing a team of FP&A analysts.
